This is how I've been. I miss feeling normal. I wish that happiness would RSVP to my pity party.

A informative, inspiring, and overtly real blog following the life of a newly diagnosed HIV+ 21 year old.
I can only imagine the war that is waging in your body and mind. All I can say is you look like you are too beautiful to waste on a pity party. What is normal anyway? It's the way today is relative to yesterday and tomorrow. Find the real you and quit letting the diagnosis define who you are, baby boy.
ReplyDeleteI wish you happy thoughts and will RSVP my good will.
You are courageous for letting us, esentially strangers, peak into your life Nick. Thank you for being vulnerable, for being human and sharing what few people are ever able to share. I'm a nurse working for an ASO and it is such a blessing/gift to have a glimpse into your experience. Your fight is not in vain, I promise! These words are affecting people [HIV+ and HIV - alike] and changing lives, probably more than you realize. Thank you for your bravery...
